2. Would you recommend it to our start-up project?
Yes, I would definitely recommend it. With it you can organize your enterprise since the very begging no matter what kind of service you offer, if they are tangible o intangible, it help you to focus on the business structure and human resources and most important to set your competitive strategies.
3. What would you recommend for our start-up project?
It is a good idea to star your project with ISO 9001 certification, because it will definitely help you to manage your business.
But in the other hand you should always apply to your own business what you offer to your customers, I mean if you are helping them to get TQM systems, you should also work with TQM systems to make sense to what your services are.

1. Is ISO 9001 really useful?
I think that ISO 9001 is very useful but only if it is applied correctly. ISO 9001 only makes your process behavior standard but it does not says if your process is correct or if it is the best one. At last you can end with a nice and structured standard process, but it may be wrong.
2. Would you recommend it to our start-up project?
Yes, I would highly recommend ISO for your project. It is important to have a clear view of all your components and activities since the beginning of every project. Have a clear scope and objectives, good communication and standard processes.
3. What would you recommend for our start-up project?
First of all, I would recommend you to select the correct processes and activities that define what you are and what you do. Then apply ISO 9001 to standardize them.

1. Is ISO 9001 really useful?
It depends on how you implement it, if you implement it well, it is very useful, it helps you to organize your business and to define the minimum elements to operate in an orderly manner.
It defines how do you have your documents, how do you control them, and how do you evaluate your systems, if you have customer complaints how do you handle them.
2. Would you recommend it to our start-up project?
Yes, It is recommended to start with ISO, in order to know: What I’m going to do and how I'm going to do, which are the processes that will help me to transform inputs to outputs. Also it will help you to know who is your client, and to have an organization chart that describes who is responsible for what in the company, and job profiles.
3. What would you recommend for our start-up project?
Implementing ISO is a special project, so you would have to form a team that is temporary, and work on an implementation program, has to be a leader or project manager that coordinate actions, including training, basic aspects of quality, approach to customer, it is important to have a implementation plan to coordinate actions between all departments and all positions, also is important to check the progress.
Having well defined which are the customers, which are the processes, which is the organizational structure, job profiles, that's the basics in a company.
