Customer Needs (CN)

Once we obtained and analyzed the voice of the clients (V OC), the team was capable of identifying and determining the customer needs (CN) that are necessary to offer an ideal service that satisfies all our clients.  The CN identified are the next ones:

 

  • The Company must have responsiveness with the costumer while we are providing a service and being involved in every decision taken to support the consumer.

 

  • The costumer needs to be informed of every single advance or status of the project in a language they can understand

 

  • Work with an honest company that has interest in the customer´s health.

 

  •  A company that has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the service desired.

 

  • The client needs to have financial security, low risk in the failure of the project and feel free of danger.

 

  • The customer must have access with the provider all the time, this include direct contact and access to the webpage to contact us.

 

  • A respectful and friendly provider with which is easy to work.

 

  • Accessible cost of consultancy for the implementation of certifications and process standardization that want to be improved in quality terms.

 

  • Total compromise in the project by the provider during all stages of these to obtain success in the wished improvement.
